If you cancel your enrollment 7 or more days before the program start date, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future program.
Once a program has begun, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have attended fewer than 25% of the scheduled sessions, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus a $25 administrative fee). Refund requests made after completing more than 25% of the program will not be granted, but you may transfer your enrollment to another participant at no additional cost.
For our Online Self-Guided Course, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the course content, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds will not be available, but you will retain lifetime access to the course materials.
Refund terms for District-Wide Implementation Packages and institutional enrollments are governed by the specific terms outlined in your organization's service agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact our team for details.
Community workshops that have been scheduled and confirmed may be rescheduled up to 14 days prior to the event at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event are not eligible for refunds due to preparation and logistical costs already incurred.
